Can't say enough good things about them. They are always friendly and helpful. They treat you like family. They are thorough and explain everything clearly. They don't push unnecessary repairs. They make sure every car is fixed properly and is safe to drive. Always happy to have them work on my car. I know its always in good hands with them.

My husband and I brought our van here to be fixed up to hopefully last us a couple more years and the shop could have charged us a couple thousand to get it up to par, BUT he was honest with us and told us it wasnt looking good, and our best bet was to get a new vehicle. I truly appreciate the honesty and fairness of Phil and this team. We drive our kids and family around in this vehicle and safety is our utmost priority. Thank you!!! We will continue to take our vehicles here for any and all services.

Though we never stand in judgement, once in awhile we are faced with the honest reality that some vehicles require just TOO many repairs in order to allow our customers to drive with confidence that they are safe. Your family means too much to us to have taken your money for the repairs at hand, and I truly hope you'll continue to allow us to be your repair shop of choice when you needs anything from simple maintenance or oil changes, up to many of the more costly repairs car owners can sometimes face on their vehicle. I have never seen a place like this before. Such wonderful customer service, and such wonderful people. I felt like I went to their home and was welcomed as a guest! As soon as I got there, they welcomed me with a fresh hot cup of coffee during this cold weather (not overnight stale coffee) hahaha. They are very honest people and they will only tell you what you ACTUALLY need. I met with Phil, and I am glad to say that they now have me as a regular customer. Would definitely recommend going there... Thank you guys for the amazing experience 😊

I recently brought my 15 Chevy Cruze into Integrity to have the clutch looked at and a 100k service. Phil called me and let me know the clutch wasn't in need of a replacement and that the service was all that was needed. Most shops will try and squeeze every dime out of you, but not Phil's Integrity Auto. This guy knows how to treat a customer right. Great work done by kind, honest people. Went in expecting to pay way more than what I did. Phil and Tina were very nice and more than accomidating. Kevin did the work and got it done in a very quick and timely manner. Brandi did an awesome job of getting the parts there as fast as she could so I didn't have to sit around all day. They were upfront and honest. Most places will let you believe your car needs more work done than it does if you tell them that's what you believe but Kevin made sure to inspect every concern I had and let me know that some of what I thought needed to be done was completely unnecessary and saved me quite a bit of money. These guys are great and I'll definitely be returning whenever I have concerns about my car.

This shop is great. They serviced my wife's car a little while back and they did a great job. I appreciated they did not pressure her for any upsells or take advantage of her. She was very happy as they treated her like a ling time customer even though it was her first time. She felt they went above and beyond to make her feel good and understand everything. This is such an important part for me. As for the service it was finished on time, solved the issue and was very reasonably priced. We will be back for our vehicle needs. Service: Battery
