Amazing service hands down. I always feel like I am NEVER being misused for business and the quality of work is still there even though they worked with my low budget to make sure I could get all that I needed. I never felt pressured to have a service done and they even went so far to helping me get help with a service done they dont provide. Super friendly and professional staff and I will continue to use this gem of a business that I stumbled randomly across. Services: Oil change, Tyres, Brakes, Check engine light diagnostic

During covid-19, they were very fast and professional. They explained what my car needed completely Withouy it to the point I didn't understand an. They took every possible precaution with safety with contamination, and we never saw them face to face. This is my second flawless car service with them. (I had wheel bearings fixed on a 2011 Subaru) and now brakes repaired on a 2004 Subaru Forester) I finally found my close to my house and honest place to keep our older cars functional and safe.

They took care of my Ford Taurus, they are taking care of my Dodge Avenger, and for however long this place stays open I will be taking my service and highly recommend anyone get their services done through Integrity Auto run by the always pleasent Phil Evans and company. My boyfriend takes his car here all the time for repair work on his 08 Avenger. Each time we come in we are greeted with some of the best customer service we have ever seen. Working retail and food as well as also working third shift, our schedules are very hectic and always short on time. Even during this current epidemic we were still able to get the vehicle in with no hassle and was 100 percent communicative with fair costs and we didn't even have to walk in their front door. Never taking the car anywhere else, we're probably walking if they ever were to ever close

They always get my car in and fixed in a timely manner! Good informative customer service that helps me really understand what’s going on with my car. As a woman at other car repair places nearby I have experienced a lot of attempted scamming and sexism but the service here has always been fairly priced and I’ve always been treated politely. I have been taking my cars here exclusively for several years now after having bad experiences elsewhere and do not intend to go anywhere

Though I work in a totally different industry I can appreciate what great technical aptitude and customer support should look like. I'm here to say they make me feel the right way of treating a customer with honesty, fairness and genuine appreciation for choosing them when we consumers have so many options today. I recommend anyone looking for trustworthy auto care or repairs give these fine folks a chance so you can also experience a great local independent business.

Can't say enough good things about them. They are always friendly and helpful. They treat you like family. They are thorough and explain everything clearly. They don't push unnecessary repairs. My husband and I brought our van here to be fixed up to hopefully last us a couple more years and the shop could have charged us a couple thousand to get it up to par, BUT he was honest with us and told us it wasnt looking good, and our best bet was to get a new vehicle. I truly appreciate the honesty and fairness of Phil and this team. We drive our kids and family around in this vehicle and safety is our utmost priority. Thank you!!! Though we never stand in judgement, once in awhile we are faced with the honest reality that some vehicles require just TOO many repairs in order to allow our customers to drive with confidence that they are safe. I have never seen a place like this before. Such wonderful customer service, and such wonderful people. I felt like I went to their home and was welcomed as a guest! As soon as I got there, they welcomed me with a fresh hot cup of coffee during this cold weather (not overnight stale coffee) hahaha. They are very honest people and they will only tell you what you ACTUALLY need. I met with Phil, and I am glad to say that they now have me as a regular customer. Would definitely recommend going there... Thank you guys for the amazing experience 😊
