We took my 2013 Hyundai into the dealership for diagnostics and repair. Ended up with a $3400 estimate for work that needed done. Took our car to Integrity Auto. They did a diagnostic check and came back with an estimate of $1,700. HALF!! Got the car back and everything runs great! I've been bringing my cars here for years, but couldn't get my hubby on board. This time he took the car into the dealership then Integriry - and now he is a believer and will be bringing his car to them as well. They serviced my braking system and got my car back on the road ASAP. Their customer service is top notch and unlike any other auto care shop I have ever been to. They clearly explained what was wrong with my vehicle and how they were going to fix it. They also made sure to contact me promptly along the way to make sure I was informed with the progress . Everytime we come to Integrity we are greeted with happy smiling faces and compassionate employees. Even if my car has needed serious work that needs done they are always honest and upfront. Communication has always been a key element as to why I return with everything from my oil changes to the converter I very desperately needed. These guys are awesome! I’m from out of town and had a brake line blow out on me. Phil said that they weren’t going to be able to get me in right away, but took it upon himself to call some other local reputable shops to see if they could get me in the same day! Very honest and out going. Would totally recommend them.

Though we hate turning anyone away, our schedule is generally quite busy, and as you discovered, our hope to make life better for everyone we come into contact with sometimes means helping you get to another local shop that can take care of you quickly. It's a blessing that we happen to operate in the most amazing city of Stow, as there are a handful of other auto repair professionals I respect very much.
