The mechanics and owner at Integrity Auto care performed our service with honesty and were completely up-front about what they could and could not repair. My son's check engine light came on and there were two issues. One, Integrity could and did fix -- an exhaust valve was not closing properly and a canister that filters the exhaust was itself exhausted. Two, Integrity could not fix -- according to a manufacturer's service bulletin, the engine control module needed to be re-flashed and an associated part replaced. The manufacturer does not supply the engine control module code nor the equipment to re-flash the ecm so we'll have to go to a dealer for that. This is the second time that I've had a vehicle serviced at Integrity and both times Integrity treated us with courtesy, honesty, and kept us informed with respect to exactly what needed to be fixed and how much the work would cost. It was always our choice whether or not to have the work done. Because of all of the above, I will continue to have my vehicles serviced at Integrity and urge all others to give them a try! The best part about doing business with Integrity is that they’ve never ever lied to me. Other mechanics I’ve used will take advantage of the fact that they know more about cars than I do and lie to me to get more money out of me. However, Integrity is very transparent with their processes, explain how necessary each recommendation is, and always make sure to get my approval before any repair. I highly recommend them.
