Another great experience at Integrity today. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, fair and honest prices. We searched a long time for a care repair place like this, and haven't gone anywhere else since we found these guys.

The most caring staff of employees I have ever seen in a business. They want to help their customers above all else. As long as I live in this area I will trust these people to handle my vehicle over everyone else.

I have been using this shop for years. They consistently take care of my problems, don't over charge, and don't fix things if it isn't needed. They take the time to talk to you and get to know you too, so they feel like friends and family. I've referred everyone I know to them and at least 3 people now use them consistently that I know of currently from those referrals. Keep it up guys.

I wish I would have came here 1st, but I guess I wouldn’t have appreciated them as much if I didn’t get a negative experience for the competition . The whole atmosphere is unique and catered to the customer. No one enjoys when they car break down, but at least I know I have someone honest in my corner. Prior to coming here I got 2 other quotes and besides beating them he explained why the other guy wanted so much. He NEVER once bad mouthed another company and that went a long way also. He didn’t NEED my business, but he wanted it and the way he approached his work showed. I’m not going anywhere else

You are reading there reviews not just to find a capable mechanic but also one that is not dishonest and scam you. I've been a victim of that a few times, They charge you for new parts and they replace them with used or not at all. These guys are different and I got a chance to realize it. They called me with a quote, a little higher than I thought but they explained in detail what needed to be done. I gave them the OK to do it. A couple of hours later they called me and told me there's going to be a difference in the price, they found that some parts that they thought need replaced can stay and the price would drop $300! Nobody will call you back and tell you this after you agree on a price. Integrity is my new mechanics.

Excellent service. I have an old bmw, so I have been to a lot of mechanics. These guys are outstanding- very professional, very fair pricing and they squeezed me in for a repair in a short time before I had to leave for a road trip- very grateful. And the bag of jelly beans hanging from my rear view mirror was a nice touch. I highly reccommend this shop.

I went to Integriry Auto care and received personal attention and courteous service by entire staff. No attempt to sell me services I did not need and listened to my concerns regarding my vechicle.Honesty in a car repair shop is refreshing and appreciated. So thank you to entire staff that services my Honda. I would recommend getting service by Integrity and working with Phil and Chris.

Integrity Auto Care is a five star business. My wife and I have taken our cars here for years and will continue to do so. There are some things I can do on my own car but sometimes you just don't want to do it yourself or you want the opinion of an expert. These guys are experts and treat you with care. They tell it to you straight but also won't BS you. They tell you what you need, not a bunch of recommendations that you don't need right now. They also were kind enough to shuttle me to the local Bob Evans so I didn't have to sit and wait while they made the repairs.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Integrity Auto. The technicians have decades of experience. The times that I needed repairs, they thoroughly explained the problem, gave me different options for repair, and let me decide what I wanted to do before any work was done. You're not "just a customer" to them. They treat you like a friend...they appreciate your patronage and they make sure you know it.

Integrity, their name really does say it all. They have a superb staff which take the time to listen and also to educate their customers. They provide excellent car servicing (at a fair and reasonable price), and they go above and beyond to help their customers! For example, I had my brakes repaired today and they were so kind to drive me home during the repair AND come back to my home to pick me up when the servicing was finished. This allowed me to continue to do the work that I needed to do -without having to sit in the repair shop waiting room for several hours. I'm sure that there may be times that they don't have the staff or capacity to do that, but knowing that they were willing to make it as easy as possible- when it is in their ability to do so------is a real differentiator. I trust them and because of that it is one less thing that I need to worry about. Thank you Integrity Auto Care Center of Stow!! Our family has been coming here for several years and we will continue to do so. :)
