Integrity, their name really does say it all. They have a superb staff which take the time to listen and also to educate their customers. They provide excellent car servicing (at a fair and reasonable price), and they go above and beyond to help their customers! For example, I had my brakes repaired today and they were so kind to drive me home during the repair AND come back to my home to pick me up when the servicing was finished. This allowed me to continue to do the work that I needed to do -without having to sit in the repair shop waiting room for several hours. I'm sure that there may be times that they don't have the staff or capacity to do that, but knowing that they were willing to make it as easy as possible- when it is in their ability to do so------is a real differentiator. I trust them and because of that it is one less thing that I need to worry about. Thank you Integrity Auto Care Center of Stow!! Our family has been coming here for several years and we will continue to do so. :)
