I manage a fleet of vehicles for a cleaning company. We have a wide range of repairs needed, with little notice and a small time frame. We've been using Integrity for a few months now and they have yet to let us down. They're timely, polite, and always have our best interest in mind.

I needed to get an oil-pan replaced, which would have cost around $200 based on what these guys quoted me. After they opened up my car and started working on it, they realized that they could do an alternative fix to the problem for around $20-$30. This solution worked great, and they did it instead of the job that would have made them MUCH more money. A lot of companies say that they prioritize customer satisfaction, but this is literally the only mechanic shop that I've ever visited that truly follows up on that claim.

This is a great mechanic shop to take your vehicle to. I was very pleased with the kind and friendly service. Everyone shook my hand and greeted me. They told me exactly what they were doing to my car and how much it would cost. They did not try to sell me anything extra. This is what a mechanic should be doing. I will never take my car to a Midas, or other big box store.

Having to have my car towed was bad enough. It's much worse when you have no idea where to go or who you can trust. Thankfully, I had a referral from a trusted friend and sent my car to Integrity Auto. Phil and Chris made me feel important and know that I could trust them. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me get the most out of this experience. They were honest with me at every step and went above and beyond to make sure I didn't go over budget which included making sure things they knew I needed were added but not charged for...who does that...Integrity Auto, that's who! My car is running perfectly and I will never go anywhere else! By the way guys...thanks for the cookies and the thank you note (bag of candy left in the car for me).

My van had several issues, most notable was a significant shake in the steering, and a heavy pull to the left while driving, among other things. I worked primarily with Chris and Phil. I had them inspect the van, and they gave me the detailed report on all the issues they found. I expressed my interest in getting as much information as I could and they even walked me out to point out and explain each issue on my van so I could see for myself. I was on a tight budget, and they gave me an honest recommendation for repairs with that in mind, and the pros and cons of each choice - and allowed me to pick and choose what I wanted them to do. They also advised me that other issues may arise - no one can promise a 20 year old van won't have it's unpredictable little bumps along the way. I took a few days to think on it and do some research and shopping around. The price they gave me was the best I could find on all counts but the alignment, which was $30 cheaper at another place nearby. But they were the ones to mention this, and even had the address and contact info if I wanted to go there for that. In the end I went with the recommended repairs, though I left a couple items off. They charged exactly what they quoted me for all the work I wanted done, did just what I asked to have done, and 4000 miles and a month later, I have had no resurfacing of the issues they remedied. I was only in town for a couple weeks, but I would make these guys my regular shop in a heartbeat. I drove that van to Washington state over the next couple weeks, and it's still running fine, no shake or pull to either side. No complaints whatsoever. This was my first experience with Integrity and I'm extremely satisfied. They are knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, helpful, etc. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car, showed me so I could identify it for myself, did a great job correcting the issues, and suggested but didn't oversell items that may not be necessary at this point in time, as so many auto service companies do. Their help is greatly appreciated, and they've gained a new customer!

We had a great experience. They knew we were on a budget, and they did everything possible to get the job done. More vital work was needed to make our car safe again. And they STILL made sure to keep it in the budget. The man at the front desk, Christopher, was very friendly, professional and helpful. Even stopped us on our way out to ask my mom what her favorite cookie was before handing her the box she chose. When I got in the car there was a thank you business card with a little bag of chocolates. Their name says it all. Integrity all the way. We will always be back. Walked out with a big smile and a much brighter day. Always try Integrity auto care first.

Very friendly and honest folks at Integrity Auto. They do top notch work for very fair prices. I didn't feel any pressure or like I was up sold on services. All the work done to my car was explained to me in great detail. These guys are awesome, I will certainly bring my car back for any repairs or service that I need in the future.
