Was sooooo expecting to be told "Mrs. Harper, that will be $300-$350"and instead "nope, basically all good!" Truly honest people here. I 100% recommend this place, won't go anywhere else if given a choice.

Much thanks to Integrity and especially Phil. They salvaged my 12 year old Equinox with just shy of 100,000 miles and have that old car spinning like a top. I'm an old fool when it comes to these new computers that they call cars now and had no idea that it takes a while to change six spark plugs. Phil gave me a tour of where Chevy hides all of these things now and I am a lot smarter this evening after learning that they hide 3 of the plugs behind the firewall. My thanks to Phil and his staff for the great job and I can highly recommend Integrity to any and all residents of the Stow, Hudson area.

My radiator was pouring out water and I first brought my Jeep to the dealer because I had another Jeep issue that had to be handled at the dealership. Integrity Auto is my first choice service place but since car was already at dealership I asked them to look at radiator. I was quoted $2500 to replace. I took car to Integrity and had car back same day and radiator replaced for a tad over $1,000. I will never bring any car anywhere other than Integrity and will refer everyone I know to them! Thank you!!!
