I brought my car in for a diagnostic as I had an engine light on and oil troubles. Phil was very friendly and professional. It turned out my car was burning oil and that that had damaged the catalytic converter (I replaced it 8 months prior). Phil was very honest with me and gave me various options to fix everything, alongside the overall cost. Between the cost of the repair, the mileage it had (200,000 miles), and the repairs I had already done on the car, I decided it was time to move on from that car. I decided to scrap it since anyone buying it would need to spend thousands of extra dollars to fix it (which was what happened to me when I bought it). Phil could have easily made lots of money off me but his honesty saved me so much time, effort, and money. He helped me throughout the entire process with no added fee. He did not take a cut from the money I received. All I paid for was the initial diagnostics price. The customer service and commitment here is stellar, and beyond anything I've seen at other repair shops. Thank you so much Phil!

Got me in fast for an emergency brake job. And then stayed late to finish. Thank you ever so much! During that time I got picture updates of what they found, and how it looked now.. Besides good fast service, this is the nicest waiting room I have ever been in.. Coffee is provided, also wifi, and a vast assortment of dongles to plug in any phone.. It was definitely a startling change from what I've suffered through the last couple years with mechanics.. Already passed your name to a coworker with the same problem.. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best car service we’ve experienced in years, especially having to deal with a third party warranty company.
