I have been taking my vehicles to Integrity for years! Great group of people from the office staff to the mechanics. Integrity Auto provides customer service the way it's supposed to be! I was looking for a reasonable price for brake pads and fixing my AC. As a single woman I have to make sure every penny counts, and I wanted a mechanic that was well-reviewed and trustworthy. I'm so thankful I found Integrity Auto. They got me right in. Tina and Phil were so friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and at a fair price (and a free oil change was part of the package). It was refreshing to do business with people who obviously care about their customers, and practice their faith by dealing honestly with you. They were upfront about the pricing and kept me informed every step of the way. Integrity Auto is my new mechanic and I will be back for my car maintenance and repairs in the future. After a heavy snow and ice storm, my windshield wiper arm quit working. Integrity Auto got me in right away and searched for the least expensive part to fix it. They had my car in and out very quickly and at a very affordable price!!! Very friendly staff and wonderful service department. Highly recommend Integrity Auto and will go back whenever I need a repair done.

I meant to write this right after the service date a couple weeks ago, but got distracted and forgot. I’m glad I remembered because they deserve a positive review for the good experience I had there. Honestly I’d never heard of Integrity until I was given a gift certificate for a synthetic blend oil change. The place is a little easy to miss as it’s not immediately visible from the road, but they are there toward the back. They are friendly and hospitable as you wait for whatever needs done. They offer drinks and snacks. The owners wife even has her own handmade natural soaps that they’re happy to give free samples that are on display. I of course happily took one and it’s pretty great actually. As for the actual work/service, they seem pretty honest and upfront. I was only in for an oil change. They are not a quick 10min Jiffy Lube and they’ll tell you that on the phone when you make an appointment, but I was in and out in about 40min I’d say. Definitely not bad at all considering the great hospitality. All in all I’d recommend them and I’d have no problem trusting them with our vehicle again.

Integrity is the best! Great owner and staff, family run and super friendly. The name says it all! They also recommended a number of other car related companies that are all top notch.

I can’t recommend this mechanic shop enough. I’ve been coming here since 2018 and it’s the only place I will take my vehicle unless they don’t provide a service. Integrity is at the core of their business along with excellent service and communication for anything related to my car. You’ll never have the typical worries of going to get your car done with this place. Phil and his team are the best quality you can find.
