Phil and his team are amazing! I went in with a question and Phil gave me everything in black and white and went way above and beyond. Customer service is rare these days, but Integrity Auto isn’t just a name it is what they stand for. I will only go to Integrity for my Automotive needs. They are honest, fair, and don’t waste your time! Thanks for everything Phil!

I wish google had a 10/10 rating - that's how good my experience was. The team at Integrity was upfront and honest about the work, had an unbeatable quote, and finished the job ahead of schedule. While that's great for business the best part was when Darrell stood up and shook my hand. in a world of screens and emails it was a welcomed change. Will be returning.

Excellent service! Thanks to Darrell and the crew for the top quality service on my Saab. The staff and crew are very professional,polite and explain in full detail what service is recommended and how it will be performed. The estimated cost is set in stone which is what i liked best, no hidden costs or extras needed. Another plus in my book is they follow up after the work is completed to make sure it is up to their high standards. Thanks again for being up front, honest, and professional.

Finally, a car care center that literally lives up to their name! Integrity Auto is awesome, they saved my day from being ruined. Friday started with my exhaust breaking beneath the passenger seat of my car and having to be dragged the rest of the way to work at 4:30 am. Happy Friday to me! I fortunately work down the road from them and decided to call when they opened. To my surprise, they not only got me in, they came down and got my car so I didn't have to leave work. I told them upfront I was on a budget and they inspected things and got back to me quickly. I was able to get my exhaust repaired, replace front brake pads (I knew I needed these) and diagnose a check engine light all for well under my budget! They didn't try to jack up the price by insisting I needed rotors done, they told me they were still good which is plausible as I don't drive a lot (2018 Cobalt with 42,700 some miles). A job well done and without breaking the bank. Also, the most polite and courteous staff I have ever met. They have my business for all my future car care needs and I will recommend them to everyone!! Thanks for bringing back honesty and INTEGRITY to the car care industry!! :) 04/15/19 Just wanted to add some additional feedback on my latest appointment. Once again Integrity Auto lives up to its name. My check engine light came on again for another issue, this time the Vapor Canister and Vent Valve. I got the estimate and approved them to do the work. When I went to pick up my car, they told me the vent valve had actually come as part of the vapor canister and it ended up being more than $100 dollars less than expected. They could have totally taken advantage of me and I would have been non the wiser, but they didn't . Honesty goes a long way in my book (and pocket book this time) and Integrity has my business for as long as I own a car. Thanks again for a great job!!!!!

These guys do great work. I've taken two different vehicles to them to have some work done. I found them to be upfront, honest, and great with communication. Most importantly they fixed the issues with great professionalism. My experience has been "Integrity" is not just a name on the door with these guys. It seems to be how they conduct business. They have earned all my future business.

The staff at Integrity Auto Care was much more than I expected. As a female, I immediately feel like I am going to end up paying too much, be pressured to fix things I had not intended, and talked into unnecessary service and upgrades. Phil and Chris put me at ease right away. They didn't charge to read my "check engine" codes, gave me all of the information and their recommendation. There was no pressure to have my car fixed there - I was given the time to decide what I wanted to do with the information I was presented. It was going to be about an hour, so they shuttled me back to work so I didn't have to wait. They found something else wrong while fixing my oxygen sensors. They called and told me exactly what they found, but again, no pressure to have it fixed. I said I would have my husband take a look at it. While most places would then scoff at the idea of someone else doing the work they could easily charge for, they told me to have him give them a call if he needed any further explanation of the problem. While dropping money into a vehicle is seldom a planned or pleasant experience, Integrity's professionalism, genuine care for the customer, and overall painlessness was refreshing, welcoming, and frankly - unexpected. I would give 10 stars if I was able. :-)

Took my car in without an appointment when I had a major brake failure. Got it repaired in just a couple of hours after I explained why I needed it so quick. Price for the work done and parts needed was better then I expected to pay. They also followed up with calls and offers for any additional work I may have needed.

This review is long overdue. Probably about 6 months ago our 4Runners brakes completely gave out. I work in Stow so I was pretty much stuck. I called around to places that people recommend it to me. None of them could get me in. I found Integrity myself. I'm very glad I did. They got me right in even though they were busy. They finished the work in one day. Everybody was super friendly from the first phone call till when it came time to pay. Heck I even got a Christmas card from them. That's unheard of! This is a fantastic business and I would encourage anybody who needs service on a vehicle to go there.
