First of all I was in search of a place to take my car without the need of ever finding another place. I had quite a few issues with my 2001 Audi and needed to pass an e check badly. They found all of my issues and carefully went over everything with me in a language I could understand. With my tight budget and their professional advice I was able to pass my e check with flying colors and the car runs better than it did when I bought it. They went above and beyond. This day and age it's so hard to find a quality shop filled with people you can trust. I found the only shop I'll ever need to take my vehicles to when I walked out of Integrity Auto, I'll never go anywhere else. Joshua Edit: Integrity Auto saved the day for me again. I'll continue working with them and only them. They'll never tell you that you need more than you actually need and I love that.

I have been going to Integrity Auto Care for over 5 years now and I would not want to go anywhere else. I know nothing about cars and they break down the information enough for me to know whats wrong with my vehicle. They give honest suggestions on what should be done on my car and I believe I have saved a lot of money listening to them. I have referred them to anyone I can and will continue to work with them as long as possible.

What an awesome experience. They got my car in right away. Took care of everything it needed and texted me to answer all my questions. I plan to use them for all my remaining work on both our cars. I don’t plan to ever return to a dealership service center again! Would trust them with anything my car needs. Great job guys!

They are very nice people and fixed my car in a timely matter. The prices are very good. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. They have next day appointments. I will definitely go back when my car breaks again.

Wow, Integrity Auto is the perfect name for this shop! I was in Cleveland on Business, traveling from South Carolina. My heat stopped working upon my arrival to Cleveland. I found Integrity after contacting several Jeep dealers that couldn't look at my Vehicle for several days. The team at Integrity was able to look at my vehicle the same day I arrived. Ultimately, Integrity was able to find the issue, which was simply a mistake made by a previous mechanic. My Jeep was fixed on time and for a very fair price. Too bad these guys don't have a Charleston, SC garage.
