These guys offer superb service in ways other garages don't. They've been in constant contact with me and calling the insurance company daily when they were supposed to have already been in contact. Every repair is explained in detail so you know the value you're getting and the money you're saving. They even have a great loyalty card that you can save money on to use towards future service. I can't recommend them enough.

I take my car and my son's car to Integrity for our regular service, and when something is wrong. Recently, my son's car wouldn't start. I had it towed to Integrity and they were able to call me back the same day with the estimate. They fixed the car and it is running great. One thing they do that I love is give a checklist of every major system. They grade it either good, fair or poor. I now know exactly what needs to be done next. The staff truly has integrity and I won't let any other garage touch my vehicles.

Got my car fixed and back on the road the next day with a great customer service experience. Would recommend to anyone!

The nicest staff I have ever met, has a very nice small business feel to it. I went in for an exhaust problem and while I waited for it to be completed I was overhearing one of the staff on the phone talking to a man with a problem with his car. It was a stupidly simple fix so the staff member told the man how to fix it himself because, "Taking his money for such a thing would be criminal." It's nice to see a business that is so honest for a change. The mechanic knew what he was doing and even took the time to learn my name and joke around a bit. They even show you what is wrong and how they are going to fix it, which I have never experienced before. The place was a little hard to find since unless you actually see the sign right away it looks like storage buildings. Overall amazing quality business and would highly recommend.

Great place to go for a no hassle service experience. The owner, Phil, and his wife are amazing. They won't pull your your leg about service. The name of the business says it all...Integrity.

This is the best shop in northeast Ohio! The people who work there are beyond polite and fantastic!!! It is the first car shop that was extremely honest and backs their work 100 percent! Thanks, guys! I live around 40 min away from this shop and I drive an hour to have them work on my car! Go with this place, I guarantee you will never go anywhere else! Integrity is where I go for ALL of my car needs. As a younger female, it can be difficult to know if I'm being ripped off or not. The guys here ALWAYS address me by name and explain what and why they are doing what they are doing to my car. There is never any pressure or doubt here! They are timely and as polite as it gets. Wonderful business all together!

My issues couldn't have come at a worst time. I had just lost my husband and with funeral expenses and everything else I didn't need my car to completely die on me. I mainly spoke with Chris who was very pleasant and professional. They fixed my van and the cost wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I was very pleased with their work from start to finish.

The mechanics at Integrity work on your car as if it was their own. Phil went out of his way to track down a part for our car that is NO LONGER manufactured so they could fix it properly!! I first went to their establishment because they are right around the corner from my house, but I will continue to take my vehicles there because they genuinely care about their customers, and they take great pride doing all they can to get those vehicles up and working again. They take time to explain the problem in words I understand (cause I am not a mechanic!) and make sure I agree to all the work. You won't be sorry if you take your vehicle to Integrity, in fact, you'll be GLAD you did!!

Hands down the best auto care place! Phil and everyone at this facility is super nice and honest. Our whole family only come to Integrity auto for all our car maintenance and repairs.
