My issues couldn't have come at a worst time. I had just lost my husband and with funeral expenses and everything else I didn't need my car to completely die on me. I mainly spoke with Chris who was very pleasant and professional. They fixed my van and the cost wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I was very pleased with their work from start to finish.

The mechanics at Integrity work on your car as if it was their own. Phil went out of his way to track down a part for our car that is NO LONGER manufactured so they could fix it properly!! I first went to their establishment because they are right around the corner from my house, but I will continue to take my vehicles there because they genuinely care about their customers, and they take great pride doing all they can to get those vehicles up and working again. They take time to explain the problem in words I understand (cause I am not a mechanic!) and make sure I agree to all the work. You won't be sorry if you take your vehicle to Integrity, in fact, you'll be GLAD you did!!

Hands down the best auto care place! Phil and everyone at this facility is super nice and honest. Our whole family only come to Integrity auto for all our car maintenance and repairs. (beside tires) Prices are very competitive and they get the job done quick. Thank you for being generous and honest Phil and we wish the Integrity crew and your family a wonderful holiday!

I go to Integrity for absolutely ALL of my car repairs & oil changes. They have repaired/replaced every part of my brake system and my car runs & stops like the day I drove it off of the lot. Phil, Chris, Mike, & the rest of the crew make you feel more like family than a random person in a car shop. They always go above and beyond. I recommend them to all my family and friends, and everyone has been happy with their own results. Thanks again guys for the amazing work.

This is without a doubt the best place in the area to get your car serviced. Despite me moving to Canton, I still make the 40 minute commute to come here because they're so honest and fair. As long as I'm in northeastern Ohio, this is where I'll be going.
