Would gladly rate 6 stars. We own a 2004 Honda CRV and Integrity has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. When our Honda has an issue, we trust Phil and his team to find and fix the problem. Fair pricing and dependable. 'Integrity' says it all!. Thank you.

Called for a diagnostics to find out how much it would be, turned out to be the cheapest in the area! Not to mention i told them what I thought it might be, and the transparency here is amazing. Integrity is one of the best shops in NEO. Competitive pricing and trustful.

We have three cars in the family. The oldest is a 2015 Jeep Cherokee that our son drives. 100+ miles, seen better days, etc. We are trying to do what we can to make it last. Integrity has been awesome to us. They do not oversell or push for extra repairs. They usually get us in same day or at the latest next day. We have never had to come back for a second repair. They have earned our business!!

True to their name. I got my car in fast, drop off was simple, and the communication was great even when I couldn't make it to the phone. They kept me updated on everything they found, whether it was minor or major, and the digital diagnostic rundown was great. Definitely recommend this shop.

I have taken two different cars to them, and I have received great service! Diagnostic and repair services are excellent. Work is done quickly and correctly. Phil does a great job explaining what has been discovered and the various options for repair. Costs are straightforward and reasonable.

Brought my daughters car in for some engine issues. We had bought an extended warranty thru the car dealer we bought it at. Phil and his team worked with us and the third party warranty holders ( which made my life a whole lot easier because I don't know what to say to them).But Phil and his team broke it down to something we could understand and we where able to get the information needed. The team at Integrity auto went around and around with my third party warranty people. And thanks to their patience and due diligence. The third party warranty people finally allowed the team at Integrity auto to do the repair work. Love this place. They went above and beyond for us and the work they did was top notch

I have had nothing but good experiences with Integrity Auto! It took me quite a while and LOTS of trial and error to find a good auto repair shop in this area. Integrity was the first one to actually show me, as a single young woman, some integrity! They were kind, respectful, answered my questions, and never tried to upsell me. Highly recommend.

Fantastic business. Excellent and speedy service. Their mechanic team has great car diagnostic skills to figure out where the rattle is coming from on your car. It was awesome to meet Phil, the business owner, and see how Christ works through his life and business. I went there to get my car bearing’s fixed and left there feeling like my life’s spiritual bearings got renewed too! Please ignore the review before mine from the heckler of a person who tried to call a car repair shop to get free advice on how to fix a car. I wouldn’t call a doctors office to try to get free medical advice on a symptom, lol!

Had an issue with my brakes. They got me in and repaired same day. No hassle no negotiating and they did not talk down to me because I was a woman.

Phill and the guys at integrity and are a blessing; they are honest, knowledgeable, and morally upright. I brought my 2014 Taurus to them after I thought the engine had failed. They are the most amazing people. Phil and the integrity team helped me understand everything, including how, what, and why. They have a great system in place that allows me to view everything in detail by clicking on the link they sent. They worked hard with my subpar warranty company and supported me even when I thought there was no hope left. They fought for me, got it approved, and had it fixed in a matter of days. They answered all of my calls and questions along the way, and they did so with patience and understanding that I did not know a lot about cars. Their kindness meant a lot to me during difficult times. Thank you guys are rockstars.

Salt of the earth people. Priced very competitively but service on par with the best, fun energy in the place. Phil and Keith were incredible to work with and easy to talk to. Explained things in a way I could understand so I could really make informed decisions. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend.

Stopped in today because it was a wintery storm and my wipers stopped working. The gentleman in the office was incredibly kind and he did everything he could to try to get me in and out same day but unfortunately the part I was likely to need wouldn't arrive in time. Even though at that point I was telling him I would probably have to take it to my local mechanic instead, he still worked to give me a fair quote on the service and find a used part that I could have ordered, he even offered to work with my personal mechanic if they couldn't locate the same part they did. I felt bad for leaving with my business at that point and offered him some cash for his time and he was nice enough to decline even though he'd spent probably over an hour of his time trying to help me. On top of that everyone everyone there took time to make conversation with me while I waited and made me feel at ease. Integrity is clearly not just a name, and I feel like leaving an excellent review is the least I can do. I would gladly recommend this garage to anyone in the area!

Phil is upfront, and provides a clear explanation on the services that his team is recommending and why. They service my vehicle in a timely fashion, and are always so courteous! Fair prices, hard working, the fix it right. I have complete trust in them and what they say. They won't oversell you on a service you don't need. They call a a follow up to make sure your car is still working and you have no more issues. They are a family friendly company that takes care of their employees and customers. Phil & team here have gone out of their way to provide excellent service on my vehicle for awhile now. I understand that looking around for a new mechanic can be daunting, however these guys are honest and straightforward. I could not recommend them enough.

Service was prompt for replacing rear brakes and the price was reasonable. They didn't push any unnecessary repairs either which can be hard to find in a mechanic. Overall if you live in the area and are looking for a good mechanic, I recommend integrity. Edit: recently took my car here after my previous mechanic closed down. Service is still great, Integrity is very easy to work with, my rating still stands.

Very accommodating, professional, and low-pressure. I will continue to take my vehicle here. Fair prices, honest and kind staff. They never force unnecessary repairs on you. I am honestly shocked by some of the bad reviews on Yelp and it is quite clear those reviews are lies. I have taken my vehicle here 3 times or so and have never once walked out with nothing but high regards for the service that was provided to me. 10/10 Recommend!
