This is a great small mechanic shop in Stow. The owner is knowledgeable and charges very reasonable prices.

They really do hold themselves to the trait described in the name, Integrity. Have used them for several car issues over the years and find them to be open and honest about the care needing done with my vehicle and thorough in their testing and recommendations...and if they do find something doesn't need fixed or there is a cheaper alternative to fix the problem they are very upfront with you! The employees at this company are absolutely amazing. They're so very kind and treat you as a person in need rather than a customer. They keep you updated and explain everything very thoroughly. Integrity Auto provides customer service the way it's supposed to be! I was looking for a reasonable price for brake pads and fixing my AC. As a single woman I have to make sure every penny counts, and I wanted a mechanic that was well-reviewed and trustworthy. I'm so thankful I found Integrity Auto. They got me right in. Tina and Phil were so friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and at a fair price (and a free oil change was part of the package). It was refreshing to do business with people who obviously care about their customers, and practice their faith by dealing honestly with you.
