I meant to write this right after the service date a couple weeks ago, but got distracted and forgot. I’m glad I remembered because they deserve a positive review for the good experience I had there. Honestly I’d never heard of Integrity until I was given a gift certificate for a synthetic blend oil change. The place is a little easy to miss as it’s not immediately visible from the road, but they are there toward the back. They are friendly and hospitable as you wait for whatever needs done. They offer drinks and snacks. The owners wife even has her own handmade natural soaps that they’re happy to give free samples that are on display. I of course happily took one and it’s pretty great actually. As for the actual work/service, they seem pretty honest and upfront. I was only in for an oil change. They are not a quick 10min Jiffy Lube and they’ll tell you that on the phone when you make an appointment, but I was in and out in about 40min I’d say. Definitely not bad at all considering the great hospitality. All in all I’d recommend them and I’d have no problem trusting them with our vehicle again.

I can’t recommend this mechanic shop enough. I’ve been coming here since 2018 and it’s the only place I will take my vehicle unless they don’t provide a service. Integrity is at the core of their business along with excellent service and communication for anything related to my car. You’ll never have the typical worries of going to get your car done with this place. Phil and his team are the best quality you can find.

They worked on my rsx and it’s been running better than ever. I’m beyond grateful for being led to this business. If you’re in need of car services this is the place you wanna be.

MORE THAN A BRAKE SHOP! Competent, professional and friendly. Not sure why google describes them as a brake shop. They do all the things mechanic shops do. Services: Check engine light diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning
