I had my rear brakes repaired here. Pricing was transparent and fair. (About 15% cheaper than what I was quoted at Goodyear auto) The staff are extremely personable, I’ve never experienced such a relaxed and kind atmosphere at an auto care center. I even got a free ice cream cone, though I can’t say that’s standard with every visit haha. Overall, a great experience.

Phil and his team were great!! They were able to get us on their schedule quickly. The parts were available and our repairs were done same day. Phil thoroughly explained what needed repaired and his pricing was very fair. We would definitely recommend Integrity Auto Care!!!

WOW! I will always bring my vehicle back here, they got my car in with very short notice and returned to me the very same day. Love that they follow up a week after to make sure everything is still going well. Very informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. Look no longer. Need your car fixed here's your spot. 2 of my vehicles have recently been serviced there. Respectful, affordable; lifetime warranties on break lines. As a female I dislike dealing with mechanics, but here everyone is treated exactly the same. Philip is exceptional in his quality care and kindness as well as Brandon. They do Not add on things, they fix what you want & don't try to rip you off. My 1st vehicle I took to another place & they told me it was going to cost $1400 , I thought that was too high so I took my car back. At integrity the price for the same was under $500. Instead of saying the price may go up if something breaks ..yikes never want to hear that. It was actually the complete opposite experience at integrity auto. I will continue to take my vehicles to integrity. And I plan to let anyone know who needs a car repair. I didn't even mention they call, text, go into detail about everything & fix your car quickly. Another problem I have found with other mechanics :Don't call you back, takes months for your car to be repaired, have to call yourself to follow up.

I had a friend that had gone here for years. I recently started looking for a new car service that was closer to my home. So I thought I would give Integrity Auto Care a try. I was so impressed with great service. The guys explained some other issues going on the car for me to follow up. Did a great ,job on the oil change. And I’ll be back for sure.

I cannot repeat enough how impressed I am with the level of service, but also the transparency from Phillip and the rest of the team. They were up front about everything and delivered top service with sincere friendliness. We won’t be taking our vehicles anywhere else.

Great job overall. Good communication, prompt service, and honest work. I had another repair shop quote me much, much higher to make unnecessary repairs. It’s refreshing to find a shop that cares about honesty. I certainly plan to go back again.
