What an awesome experience. They got my car in right away. Took care of everything it needed and texted me to answer all my questions. I plan to use them for all my remaining work on both our cars. I don’t plan to ever return to a dealership service center again! Would trust them with anything my car needs. Great job guys!

They are very nice people and fixed my car in a timely matter. The prices are very good. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. They have next day appointments. I will definitely go back when my car breaks again.

Wow, Integrity Auto is the perfect name for this shop! I was in Cleveland on Business, traveling from South Carolina. My heat stopped working upon my arrival to Cleveland. I found Integrity after contacting several Jeep dealers that couldn't look at my Vehicle for several days. The team at Integrity was able to look at my vehicle the same day I arrived. Ultimately, Integrity was able to find the issue, which was simply a mistake made by a previous mechanic. My Jeep was fixed on time and for a very fair price. Too bad these guys don't have a Charleston, SC garage.
